Fees

Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. Bookings paid through the Air BNB online booking system incur a 2% Service Fee.

Cancellations are permitted, given enough notification and are at the discretion of the owners.

Property

The removal of any of the homesteads property will be charged to the guest. In the event of any accidental damage please let us know.

Homestead Flora and Fauna;

You will see Mr Peacock wandering around the property, please do not feed him. He does not like fast moving people so walk slow around him.

Our very special family of black sheep are in the back paddock. They are a heritage variety of Polwarth sheep. They are very friendly and you are welcome to pat them.

Please do not feed them.

There are numerous beautiful birds and butterflies that enjoy our garden, keep an eye out for them

We kindly request that you do not take cuttings or remove plants from our gardens.

The homestead is on tank water so we greatly appreciate our guests being “water conservation friendly”.

Eurambeen is a no smoking property – especially during the fire season we ask our guests to be very aware of the surroundings.

Getting around the property;

We ask all guests to please use a 5km speed on all roads

Please keep an eye out for our local fauna as you wander around
